Bulgaria popular with the Russian Market

Current reports suggest that Russian Investors are making Bulgaria their number one Investment spot,Egypt and other destinations seem to have lost their appeal at the moment.
Bulgaria has seen large drops in property prices,though not good for previous investors who bought at it's peak,new investors look to be taking advantage.
Overall  Investment is down in the region,however the market does seem to be trickling away. Anyone know of any bargains that we should be aware off?

	sunny day 6 seemed to be selling at very low prices last i heard.. from a reliable stable that has built sell out projects as before

	Yes, that's true. Russians feel Bulgaria closer, no language barrier, friendly people.

	Think every other apartment at Sunny Day 6 is for sale. You can get renovated village houses for 20,000 E and apartments for similar. Studios for very little.
