The Dubai property market may receive some further bad news as it is believed expatriates may be getting ready to leave in June and July as the school year comes to a close.
Even though the stock markets saw some gain mainly linked to oil shares,the housing market still seems to be going nowhere fast.
Emaar properties which lost up to 85 percent of its value, was up in the last 2 days by 12.6 percent, a full recovery is only expected once the housing market starts showing positive signs,though this may be some time coming.

	The Dubai housing market has certainly fallen over the last couple of years due to a rapidly shrinking economy and fleeing inhabitants. The rapid growth and construction projects implemented have produced massive debts and forced financial intervention from Abu Dhabi. Lets hope things improve. Chesterton Humberts

	According to me, Dubai housing markets are supposed to function. But buyers have an opportunity to buy high-quality property at good prices. So my suggestion is for investor is to buy a property only for future investment instead of rental purpose.

	As to be a part of property sector I read Dubai property related news on daily bases. Investors and buyers are taking interest in Dubai property because of rise in it. So, the information provided by you can be true but these changes in property sector does not go with the saying that Dubai will again lose its value.
