   Hi, i'm daryl. i would like to offer a lot which have 340ha landmass. located on sagaranten sukabumi (west java).

 it was a rubber-plantation in this area before (still have  for about 32000 active rubber tree).it's certificated, and for the certificate is HGU (     right of tenure by long lease) and it's end in 14-02-2025.

 it's a good investment, especially for the plantation (fit for palm platation, rubber, or low(16-20 degree) temperature plantation.

$0.65/ Meter square
