I spoke with Gary and louise and to be honest I said I would rather move and they told me that at the moment this is something there were looking into but currently we were staying put.... So who know my feeling is that we will be moved sooner rather than later but nothing is certain yet.   Pyramids 2 or new name el nour plaza has it's own website and progress is great if we get moved across we should be in by dec10 but until the new contract are issued if they are????? We will have to wait

buz has put this info on the forum i think he got it from one stop as this is what i was told was the reason for the move from pyramids two but in the photo there is no bulding next to the complex

hi i bought through one stop on the old Pyramids 2 and was moved to pyramids beach, i would not rule out a move to el nour pleza but if this is the old pyramids 2 site i noticed that it was starting to be built very close to the building next door, is this still the case?

we are well aware that el riad are selling these directly which is one of the issues that one stop have
 
it would be more helpful if they both issued a joint statement and if thats there workig together great and if there no longer working together and all of the one stop people are moving even better
 
Its daft leaving us all in limbo!

I bought a studio apartment from Onestop, bu this development was brought to my attention by Horizon Property Specialists. I've been very frustrated as i haven't had any news from OneStop as to what is going on? Horizon sent me an email  about two weeks ago, with a forwarding message from El Riad, the present developers of Pyramids Beach, who mentioned that Onestop are no longer involved.  Apparently they have been switching investors from Pyramids Beach to Pyramids 2 as they haven't been able to pay the developers.

I contacted Mohmad directly from El Riad about this but was informed not to worry about my investment.  I've tried to contact Onestop but  no success, Horizon in-turn have told me that Onestop will be releasing a statement shortly to all investors.

I'm really frustrated with all parties concerned as contracts should've been exchanged DEC 09, but was moved to Dec 10 and now hearing all this news has made me very sceptical indeed.

I would like some feedback from other investors and to know where to currently stand with our paid deposits.

if you do contact one stop that is the question you want to ask where is the money if they gave it to pryamids estates then moved it over to el riad then how can they move you back to the old pyramids 2 develepment

Hi Pryamids Estate do you have any infomation about any possible contract with One Stop and if they are moving people from Pyramids Beach to El Nour Plaze

well i think your disagreement is not over yet all there old people who bought in pyramids 2 will have to move back as el riad has ended there contract with pyramids beach so lets hope you still have the money that was paid to you from one stop

Dear Jeremy this matter for moved or no related to one stop ,we are developer company  my project is already built ,and will delivered nearly.
about moved people or money which they paid in all of this you can ask One Stop.
