Hi everyone,
 
Has anybody invested in property in this region of Cyprus?.
I notice there seems to be a lot of property for sale just on the outskirts of Paphos now.
I remember this as a newly built town and was quite impressed with what was available a few years ago..
What type of returns can be expected from buying in Paphos and have we missed the boat or is there still opportunities to make money here,or even buy affordable holiday homes?.

Paphos is a coastal city in the southwest of Cyprus and the capital of Paphos District. In Antiquity two locations were called Paphos: Old Paphos and New Paphos. The currently inhabited city is New Paphos.

I have purchased a property in Anarita a beautiful village outside of Paphos inbetween 3 golf courses. Cyprus is getting quite a bit of bad press at the moment but as long as you use reputable developers and solicitors and choose a good area at a reasonable price there are still good investments to be made plus you get a stunning holiday home!

I've always liked the look of cyprus but I heard a lot of not so good story's about ppl getting ripped off that put me off it for a while.
