there were some interesting properties in Tallinn ( estonia ) when I was over..

The city centre has some nice architecture .. as with all cities over that way.. great old and new.

I heard that Parnu is quite a  nice area..

Some of the outlying villages had colonial style houses as we took a trip out to pass some time. However, one thing to note, they get really heavy snowfall and it was -18 degrees when we were out there.. Tallinn though is a beautiful quaint city!!

Sweden has a high standard of living, comparable to that of other advanced Western European nations. The economy features a modern distribution system, excellent internal and external communications, and a skilled labour force. Timber, hydropower, and iron ore constitute the resource base of an economy heavily oriented toward foreign trade.
The purchasing process in Sweden is generally an open auction. The seller puts the house on the market with a relatively low asking price.
The broker keeps in touch with everyone that has showed interest and the bidding process starts. The education system in Sweden is also very excellent. You can check the Sweden property here http://www.ipbre.com/countryProfile/Sweden/Property-Management/.
