Invest in Bucharest?

   Hi everyone,

can anyone shed some light on investment in Romania as a whole.
With Bucharest being the capital city of Romania it is said to be rewarding investors with handsome returns on investment.
There are also claims of 25% capital growth per annum with an excellent 10% rental yield on certain developments.
Romania has in the past been said to be the best place to make money on overseas property. All information is welcomed anybody thinking of investing in Romania or anybody already invested? If so please share your experiences Thanks.
