This man made 5 island development on the United Arab Emirates will cover 2.7 million m2 and extend upto one and a quarter miles into the Arabian Gulf. This attractive development will house some major hotels and attractions and will be located approximately 45 minutes from Dubai. If you have or are thinking of investing here please can we have some further details on this gigantic development. |

Let me tell you a story. I was also going to buy an off plan property in Ras Al Khaimah (Near Dubai) called "La Hoya Bay"This was the new palm island with great return on investment. I pulled out at last minute because I could not get the funds ready and because I had a bad feeling.1 Year Later
I find that the developer have gone bust the CEO is in Dubai Jail and 800 investors stand to loose out thier units!!!
So it seems that this is now commonplace around the world
Anyway the main thing that I wanted to get across is that they started a forum just like us!!
and a website to bring them together.

Ras al khaimah is really such nice plce in uae because of its new infrastructure and latest techniques for development and tele comunication technologies

I think they may have suffered a bit,however still an alternative to Dubai supposed to be the next best thing.. |
