Greece (small pools)

   Hi I see most Greek property has very small or no pools at all, is this because the land is expensive anybody have any ideas?.
Where have you visited in Greece and what type of investment would you recommend,villa,apartment,or townhouse?.
I believe all property in and around Greece is quite expensive,how does this compare to the rest of europe.

	I was in Kardamena not far from Kos and the prices there where very expensive for property and it does have a couple of pitfalls. Most Apartments have wet rooms not showers as such, the water goes down the drain in the floor. Also not sure about other areas but I was there for 9 months and the electricity goes quite alot. Again as stated they do not seem to bother with pools but then again i can say I have not seen vast amounts of developments there. Most families hand down the property to kids so new builds seem to be few and far between. Rental is cheap I had a what we would call a bedsit for 40euros a week.

	I thought that Greece has no pools because of the public bath right? I have read before that their is massive structure of bath and pool bath which is like a pool already ??
