I have found that the best date is 6 of April at 3 PM , because it will be Friday and it is suitable for Egyptian to attend the meeting.

hi all
seems to be good news and getting this owners union will be wonderful, sulender have successfullly now completed theirs too.
 
MAINTENANCE
 
just to inform you i have paid six months maintenance (part owing and for the future three months) i have asked if an updated list of payers and non payers can be put on the forum, so that we can continue to see who is paying and subsidising others and who is not paying. 
 
ELECTRICITY
 
same applies to the electrics, it will have to be paid and i am somehow aware that security know who is owing at least the maintenance so there is no hiding place! 
 
that is why is will be good to have this union and then steps will be taken about non payers although why people would not want to pay for a very reasonable maintenance is beyond me! its your apartment and surroundings and i thought we all bought into a dream and cant we make it more of a reality?

This forum seems to be less restricted and forum members seem to be giving regular updates, are there any flats left at Tiba. My friend is buying at Tiba but she does not use the forums, shes asked have you any update pictures. Any furnishing pictures. Neil, are you over in Hurghada or are you there shortly. It was only a comment on posts talking about the meter cost and they mentioned high cost, I asked Omayma to know the exact cost.

For the 4th floor, the problem not solved yet, but we can have the code meter for the same cost
