This is news to us and we have been out here since late November, I did fit a new lock for someone that involved a lot of noise but that is all.

It's not rumours, Ehab had a call from Amr, saying someone had broken in to the apartment, and it was something to do with Yasser Ibrahim, Ehab is in Cairo so called me to find the details of the owner and make contact to check the apartment hadn't been sold to anyone. Ehab called security and told then not to let anyone near the apartment until he found out if it had been sold.

I found the owner, made contact and found it hadn't been sold and obviously that idiot Yasser was up to his old tricks.  After many texts and calls I understand the locks have been changed back and the owners solicitor is now in possession of the keys.

If anyone reading this that hasn't paid their maintenance fee, see how beneficial it is to have a good company working for you, they sort things out.

Don't know, may have said he is an owner as no one knows who all the owners are it would be easy?  Maybe ID cards are required?
