	Yes, real estate is a great investment option and it is dependent upon ongoing income source. Basically, Investments can be analyzed based on 3 main criteria : liquidity, safety, and rate of return. So according to me, it is impossible to lose in real estate.

	Real estate is usually a good investment. Property values are going to go up and down. Rates will do the same. The best thing to do is do a lot of research. If the financing is not an issue then look at the property values over the past 5 years and you can probably find projections for the next few years. There is a ton of information available online, and it can't hurt to contact a realtor in Tucson also.

	Most of the time it is a very good Investment..!! But in some of the cases, It can give you a great loss! But you have to be strong and creative for investing in Real Estate!

	Property investment most definitely is the most stable investment one can make. Not only does it grow over time, but you can also rent the property out in the meantime. And when renting it out, you will not repay the mortgage yourself.

	Recovery is very slow, But if you look at long term investment and return, investing in real estate sector will yield some profits for few in upcoming years. If you look at the economic conditions, all favors investment in real estate sector.
