THE BANK

Groupe Banque Poopulaire is one of the leading banking groups in Morocco. They will provide much of
the finance for the Paradise Golf & Beach Resort.
In addition they will also make all payments for construction and development of the project. Using the
“Certification System” payments will only be made once the banks own technical experts and architects
have visited the site to ensure that all work has been carried out according to specification.
Groupe Banque Populaire will also provide mortgages to purchasers at Paradise Golf & Beach Resort
where required. These, of course, will be subject to status.
Groupe Banque Populaire offer the full range of banking services including: cash points, credit cards, insurance,
direct debits, internet banking, etc.
A new Branch of the bank will be opened at Paradise Golf & Beach Resort with English speaking staff.
It is envisaged that Groupe Banque Populaire will also provide purchasers with a bank guarantee which
will under-write all payments prior to completion of construction
