Proposes Tax on Swimming Pools?

   Hi property owners in Bulgaria.

Some friends of mine have recently returned from a visit to their apartment in St. Vlas and they had to visit their solicitor in Bourgas.  The solicitor advised them that the government intend to impose a new tax for swimming pools on developers which in turn will be passed on to the property/apartment owners.  Maybe they will be charged therefore for the use of the complexes pools, or alternatively added  to the maintenance charge.  I would be interested to hear if anyone else has heard of this tax?
