               This apartment will now be a four bedroom with  the fourth bed located on the roof terrace.The room on the roof terrace will also house a shower and toilet.                                                                                

 I have a 4 bedroom penthouse available for rent which will be available from late winter. The apartment is located in the Suleder complex which houses lifts,swimming pool,gym. The apartment has a private terrace and balconies.

	will you rent this as a long term rental? If so how much per month?? If we move we are thinking of renting our 2 bed as its a bit small for full time living!! Sarah

	Hi sarahc, I'm sorry we won't be renting for long term,I have had quite a few enquiries for long term rental but have had to turn them down as we want to be able to go out whenever we can,if you see what I mean. Makes me wish I had bought a couple of 3 beds now to be honest. Sorry,if I come across any 3 beds for rent I will let you know asap.
