Many People buy properties in Turkey for the sole 
	purpose of renting them out. 
	Below is a guide to the tax you may expect to pay for 
	this 
	Example ; 
	Yearly rental income ; 7200 ytl 
	allowable income before tax is charged ; 2200 ytl
	
	allowable expenses ; 1250 ytl
	taxable amount ; 3750 ytl 
	tax at 15 % ; 562 ytl
	 
	Before considering this you should be aware that you 
	will be required by law to pay tax on any income you receive from this 
	source.

	Hi Adminwwp, Not sure about the other resorts however in the resort of Altinkum the tax office prints free guides to tax on rental income, the guides are in English as well. You just walk straight in and pick one up.
