Hiya
I would advise looking at the Jungle, its amazing and it is where I bought. It has so many facilities there and not a large price tag. Also has guaranteed rental which swayed me. Try my agent Go Investment Ltd they do absolutely everything for you. They are the cheapest out there because believe me I did my research :) GOOD LUCK and hopefully see you out there.

The finish in the Tiba's is far better than other developments that were sold for twice as much per m2 as these. Granted they are small developments but as someone else mentioned where can you get an apartment in an amazing country with year round sunshine for under £20,000 finished to a high standard?
You haven't mentioned your apartment number yet? |

I agree with you Neil.
The finishings are very good and they are done very quick.
However, I wanted more facilities and in the Jungle you get a private beach, 4 pools (including 2 overlooking the sea on the rooftop), restaurants, bars, gym etc... and still for under 13k for a studio and under 18k for a 1 bed. I may be buying another one there and I have also already referred a friend who has bought.
These apartments are great!!

i have just got back from a visit to Tiba Heights and i am going to put down a deposit as i was happy with the complex and location

That's good to hear 99% of people have good positive things to say about Tiba Heights except for one who has had nothing but negative comments since day one
