Turkey set to Ease Foreign Ownership Restrictions

It has been reported today that Turkey is to Ease foreign ownership restrictions for all foreign investors.

The report suggests that Turkey will allow all nationals to purchase property in Turkey even if other countries do not allow Turkish nationals to do the same.

You can currently set up a company to buy the property however this a is a costly process.

Further news will be posted on this thread Once the recommended draft is implemented in the future.

Earlier this year Turkey reported record sales to foreign nationals equating near to 2.5 Billion Dollars.
